Job summary

Imperio Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities for high-rise projects. You will lead site teams, ensure safety, quality, and timely progress while coordinating with engineers and management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in high-rise construction, strong drawing interpretation, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project. CIDB Green Card is preferred; CCPM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in high-rise building projects (apartments, condominiums, or commercial towers).
• Proficient in reading complex technical drawings and modern formwork systems.
• CIDB Green Card holder; CCPM is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision and coordination of daily on-site operations.
• Quality control to meet company standards and client requirements.
• Enforce safety and health regulations; conduct toolbox meetings.
• Maintain site diaries, progress reports, and documentation.
• Manage resources and mobilization/demobilization of plant and materials.
