Job summary

Pembinaan Bintang Baru Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for Architectural and C&S works, ensuring adherence to drawings, statements, and QA/QC requirements.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams, monitor formwork, rebar, and concrete, review progress, and prepare daily reports while maintaining safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in high-rise building construction.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD is an advantage).
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when required.
