Job summary

ARCH Collection Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly and proactive visitor assistant for KL City Gallery in Kuala Lumpur. You will welcome guests, share concise information on Kuala Lumpur’s history and heritage, and assist with exhibitions, events, and visitor programmes to ensure a memorable experience.

Your role involves handling inquiries, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and coordinating with Gallery teams for smooth daily operations. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages an advantage.
• Confident, friendly and comfortable communicating with local and international visitors.
• Genuine interest in Kuala Lumpur’s history, architecture, culture and heritage.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays according to Gallery operating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage local and international visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate basic information on Kuala Lumpur’s history, architecture, culture and heritage.
• Assist with guided tours, exhibitions, events and visitor programmes when assigned and trained.
• Handle visitor enquiries, feedback and basic assistance to ensure a positive visitor experience.
• Coordinate with the Gallery, Ticketing, Retail and Operations teams to support daily operations.
