Job summary

Arch Collection Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Marketing & Activation Executive to drive events and partnerships at KL City Gallery@BSAS. You will plan and activate exhibitions, workshops and visitor programmes to attract local and international audiences.

Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Design, Social Media, Retail and F&B teams, you will source partners, manage calendars and provide weekly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Events, Tourism or Business Development.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive and confident in approaching new partners.
• Organised, resourceful and persistent in follow-up.
• Ability to turn ideas into action and results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and activate events, exhibitions, workshops and visitor programmes.
• Source and approach potential partners, sponsors, event organisers and tourism partners.
• Build relationships with travel agents, hotels, schools, corporations, government agencies and cultural organisations.
• Develop a monthly BSAS activation and marketing calendar.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Design, Social Media, Retail and F&B teams.
• Promote activities to increase local and international visitors.
• Follow up every lead, proposal and partnership until completion.
• Maintain partner/contact database and provide weekly progress reports.
