Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly Gallery Admission & Visitor Centre Officer to manage visitor admission and assist guests at the Visitor Centre, ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors.

Location: KL City Gallery @ Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad, Kuala Lumpur. Employment Type: Contract Basis. The role involves welcoming visitors, validating tickets, and providing information on the gallery and exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with minimum SPM qualification.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable dealing with visitors.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a busy visitor environment.

Responsibilities

• Check and validate walk-in, online and OTA admission tickets before entry.
• Welcome and assist visitors at the Gallery entrance and Visitor Centre.
• Provide basic information on the Gallery, exhibitions, facilities and visitor services.
• Manage visitor flow and handle basic admission or visitor enquiries.
• Coordinate with the Gallery team and support daily operations, events and other duties as assigned.
