Job summary

Koperasi Kakitangan PETRONAS Berhad is seeking a hardworking Helper to support our project and site teams with daily operational activities on construction-related sites in Malaysia. You will assist with material preparation, tool handling, and site housekeeping while following safety procedures. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, able to work outdoors, and willing to travel to different project locations as needed. This is a full-time role on site.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification is required.
• Previous experience in construction, oil and gas, insulation, scaffolding is advantageous.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Willing to work outdoors at project or site locations.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers, technicians, and supervisors with daily site activities.
• Support insulation, scaffolding, passive fireproofing, and corrosion protection works as instructed.
• Prepare, carry, load, unload, and arrange tools, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the workplace.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with safety procedures.
• Use tools and equipment properly and report any damage or safety hazards.
• Assist with the movement of materials and equipment at project sites.
• Support other general duties related to project operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
