Esyms Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships and forming strategic partnerships. You’ll work with sales, marketing and product teams to implement BD strategies and meet targets.

The role emphasizes market research, deal negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to align efforts with company goals and expand market reach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field, preferably in healthcare/pharma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Create and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to align activities with company goals.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and partners to secure profitable deals.
• Monitor and analyze business development activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings to promote our brand and services.
