Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Chief Steward to oversee and direct all stewarding operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef. You will ensure cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment and utensils, and lead the stewarding team to guest and employee satisfaction and hotel profitability.

The role requires strong knowledge of cleaning products, HACCP, and kitchen maintenance. You will train staff, implement SOPs and monitor compliance, coordinating with Engineering for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a 5-star hotel.
• At least 1 year as Assistant Chief Steward cum Hygiene experience in an international brand hotel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledgeable in HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer service focus.
• Guide Steward Supervisors and Stewards in their roles.
• Control and analyze cleanliness standards across kitchen areas and equipment.
• Implement a detailed cleaning program and monitor results.
• Coordinate with Engineering for preventive maintenance of major equipment.
