Job summary

Halo-Industries,-Inc. seeks an experienced procurement and logistics leader in Malaysia to drive end-to-end sourcing, CAPEX procurement, supplier development, and contract management for a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will lead supplier relationships, cost optimization, and ERP-driven process improvements.

You will coordinate international shipments, freight, import/export compliance, and lead continuous improvement with a focus on on‑time delivery and supply risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or related discipline.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing and commercial negotiation.
• Experience with international logistics and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to secure optimal pricing and supply.
• Coordinate Capex procurement including specifications, supplier selection, and contracts.
• Manage end-to-end procurement, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, freight, and customs compliance.
• Maintain ERP records, reports, and process documentation for procurement and logistics.
