B. Braun Medical Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a highly experienced Supply Chain leader to drive transformation and oversee end-to-end operations including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and customer service.

You will lead a multinational team, coach senior staff, and partner with suppliers to deliver high service levels, cost efficiency, and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or a related field is required.
• 10–12 years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience leading supply chain functions within a multinational organization.
• Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution and customer service operations.

• Lead and execute supply chain strategies while driving business transformation, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and customer service.
• Ensure high service levels and product availability through effective inventory management, operational excellence, and performance monitoring.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics providers, to optimize cost, quality, service, and business outcomes.
• Manage supply chain budgets, KPIs, compliance, and governance requirements while delivering sustainable operational and financial performance.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-12 years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Proven experience leading supply chain functions within a multinational organization.
• Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries will be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and customer service operations.
