Job summary

B. Braun Medical Supplies is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Management in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

The role leads the end-to-end supply chain for the commercial business, overseeing demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, distribution and customer service, while driving transformation and performance across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in multinational settings, 10–12 years in supply chain with ≥5 in leadership, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 10–12 years of supply chain experience, incl. ≥5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience leading supply chain functions within a multinational organization.
• Experience in Healthcare/Medical Devices/Pharma/FMCG advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute supply chain strategies, driving transformation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand/supply planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, distribution and customer service.
• Ensure high service levels and product availability through effective inventory management and performance monitoring.
• Lead, coach and develop the Supply Chain team and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize cost, quality, service and outcomes.
• Manage supply chain budgets, KPIs, compliance and governance while delivering sustainable performance.

As a Head of Supply Chain Management at B. Braun, you will play a critical role in leading and optimizing the entire supply chain function for our commercial business. This newly created role will oversee demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and customer service while driving transformation initiatives, operational excellence, and service performance across the organization.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and execute supply chain strategies while driving business transformation, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and customer service.
• Ensure high service levels and product availability through effective inventory management, operational excellence, and performance monitoring.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics providers, to optimize cost, quality, service, and business outcomes.
• Manage supply chain budgets, KPIs, compliance, and governance requirements while delivering sustainable operational and financial performance.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-12 years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Proven experience leading supply chain functions within a multinational organization.
• Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries will be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and customer service operations.
