The role involves monitoring transactions, coordinating with Local and Division SCM teams, and tracking KPIs to ensure timely supply chain activities across the Asia Pacific region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, business/admin or related field.
• Strong data review and analytics skills with large datasets.
• Proficient Excel and Power BI; SAP exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational transactions and identify exceptions using SAP and digital tools.
• Ensure critical supply chain activities are completed on time through proactive follow-up and coordination.
• Support regional teams in resolving transaction-related issues.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain process documentation and records.
• Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Local SCM, Division SCM and Logistics teams across the region and group.

Executive - Supply Coordination (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Join our regional Asia Pacific SCM Shared Services team and support supply chain operations across countries in the region. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, processes, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operational transactions and identify exceptions using SAP and digital tools.
• Ensure critical supply chain activities are completed on time through proactive follow-up and coordination.
• Support regional teams in resolving transaction-related issues.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain process documentation and records.
• Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Local SCM, Division SCM and Logistics teams across the region and group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, account or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review, analyze, and manage large volumes of transactional and operational data.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with the ability to analyze and interpret data from reports and datasets. Exposure to SAP through internships, academic projects, or work experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and follow through on issue resolution
