B. Braun Group in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager - Data Analytics (Supply Chain) to provide data-driven insights and support SCM decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and drive improvements. The role requires advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud, focusing on KPI reporting, data governance, and regional analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Supply Chain, Analytics)
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, BI or similar analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI/SAC)
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience handling large datasets and KPI dashboards

Responsibilities

• Provide data driven insights to support SCM operations and decisions
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and other stakeholders
• Support performance monitoring and business improvement through analytics and reporting
• Maintain reporting standards, KPI definitions and analytic documentation
• Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives across SCM processes
• Support regional reporting frameworks and analytics in collaboration with Corporate SCM
• Ensure data quality and governance of reporting
• Lead regional performance management and business reviews

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide data driven insights to support SCM operational and business decision making.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance/Controlling and other business stakeholders to support SCM objectives.
• Support performance monitoring and business improvement through data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain reporting standards, KPI definitions and analytical documentation to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation and digitalization initiatives across SCM processes.
• Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of regional reporting frameworks, analytical solutions and SCM standards in collaboration with Corporate SCM.
• Ensure data quality, reporting consistency and compliance with established governance and analytical standards.
• Define SCM analytics strategy, KPI framework and reporting roadmap.
• Lead regional performance management and business review processes.
• Establish governance for data quality, KPI ownership and reporting controls.
• Drive cross-functional performance improvement initiatives with SCM and Finance leadership.
• Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing KPI performance reports and dashboards.
