Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad seeks a Senior Manager to formulate and execute the SME Banca & GTB strategy, aligning partnerships, cross-selling, and referrals with market needs. You will drive business planning, market analysis, and performance tracking across CBBC and GTB networks.

The role includes sales target setting, branch training, and reporting to senior management, with a focus on building strong partner relationships and delivering growth in SME banking products.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute SME Banca & GTB strategy aligned with company goals and market needs
• Develop business plans to expand SME partnerships with CBBC and GTB across centers nationwide
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for SME Banca & GTB customers
• Set and monitor sales targets for SME Banca partnerships and track performance
• Provide training to branches on SME product features, customer focus, and after-sales procedures
• Create and report on sales performance, opportunities, challenges, and key achievements to senior management
• Develop impactful sales campaigns to boost SME & GTB penetration and production
