Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market insights, including regional policies, industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and opportunity analysis.
• Develop product strategies aligned with key customer needs and pain points, ensuring competitive solutions across the region.
• Lead product and solution planning across core domains, including power systems, cooling/mechanical systems, modular data centers, and DCIM.
• Own and manage key product requirements to ensure successful business outcomes and closure.
• Engage in high-level strategic discussions with key regional customers and benchmarking partners.
• Support frontline sales and marketing teams in driving strategic opportunities and project breakthroughs.

Qualifications

• Senior expert in data center infrastructure, particularly in power, cooling, or modular solutions.
• Strong expertise in market insight, including market, customer, competitor, and technology analysis.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in data center facility or related domains.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional and cross-domain environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the APAC region.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related field.
