Job summary

Confidential Hires is seeking an exceptional property development leader to manage a portfolio of major developments in Malaysia. You will influence development strategy, commercial outcomes and project delivery across large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use or integrated projects.

With 20+ years in the field, you will lead project heads, guide feasibility and investment decisions, and work with executive leadership on portfolio governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in property development, construction or related sectors.
• Proven leadership of large-scale developments.
• Strong commercial, financial and feasibility experience.
• Deep understanding of the Malaysian property development landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple development projects from feasibility through completion.
• Drive project performance across cost, quality, timelines and commercial objectives.
