Job summary

Private Advertiser is partnering with an established property developer to appoint a Head, Project Development in Kuala Lumpur to oversee a portfolio of development projects across the full lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through execution, completion and handover.

The role involves working closely with senior leadership to lead projects, contribute to feasibility assessments and development planning, and drive performance against commercial, financial, timeline and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in property development, development management, construction or related sector.
• Proven success delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Strong commercial awareness and project leadership capability.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Sound understanding of the Malaysian development and regulatory landscape.

Beyond delivery, you'll contribute to the evaluation of development opportunities, provide input into project feasibility and execution strategies, and help shape decisions that influence project outcomes from the outset.

The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you will:
