Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks a Senior Private Client Director to lead a team of PCDs, driving revenue and ensuring superior client service within the private banking segment. You will align strategic plans with Private Channel objectives and coach staff to meet targets.

You will oversee client engagement, CRM optimization, and compliance with regulatory requirements while strengthening market presence in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Formal Education: Degree in banking and finance, accounting or business administration.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Revenue: Lead Private Client Directors to drive revenue growth and align plans with Private Channel strategies.
• Service: Deliver high-level, consistent service and quality standards to Private customers.
• People: Recruit, develop and retain staff; build competencies and sales/service capabilities.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls across the team.
