Qualifications

• A degree in finance or business with 10+ years in private banking/wealth management.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of wealth products including investments, credit, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Private Banking Relationship Managers to meet targets and grow AUM.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand high net worth client base.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
