OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Senior leader to head Private Banking Relationship Management, guiding a team of Private Banking Relationship Managers to deliver elite wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients in Malaysia.

You will develop sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal partners to achieve targets while staying ahead of market trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business.
• 10+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management products and services (investment, credit, insurance).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong business acumen focused on driving sales growth and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Private Banking Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals and their families.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.
• Monitor and coach team performance, providing feedback to team members.
