Job summary

SEEK Pass is seeking a seasoned implementation and partner integration specialist to shape our onboarding and integration motion. You will collaborate with external partners and internal teams across product, engineering, and commercial to design scalable onboarding processes.

This role focuses on scoping, designing, and delivering integration initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements, and building repeatable playbooks to scale SEEK Pass as we expand across partners.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end partner integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner integration and implementation initiatives from scoping through go-live.
• Work closely with external partners to understand their technical setup and requirements.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations and commercial to design onboarding and integration solutions.
• Define the operating model and decision paths for the new partner integration function.
• Translate business needs into requirements, workflows and delivery plans.
• Support integration planning across APIs, data flows and system dependencies.
• Identify risks and drive resolution across teams.
• Build repeatable playbooks and documentation for scalable onboarding.
• Act as a trusted internal thought partner on onboarding new partners.
