Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Partnership Specialist to operationalize the partner strategy and manage an enterprise ecosystem of hyperscalers, ISVs, SaaS, AI, and cybersecurity partners. You will align with commercial and product teams to accelerate time-to-market and maximize partner value.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and Sales to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, governance, and performance tracking, ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Formal education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong experience in technology partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management.
• Exposure to ISVs, SaaS, AI, and Cybersecurity partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Partner Ecosystem.
• Operationalize partnership engagement across units.
• Manage strategic technology partnerships and optimize partner value.
• Support partner integration and enablement for commercialization.
• Strengthen ecosystem visibility and advocacy with Marketing teams.
• Report and track partnership performance metrics and progress.
• Ensure governance and compliance in partnership structures.
