Job summary

SEEK is seeking an Integration Lead for the SEEK Pass Growth function. This role delivers strategic partner integrations from scoping through to launch and stabilisation, collaborating with Growth teams, SEEK Pass squads, sales and external partners to ensure value creation and successful outcomes.

The role requires a commercially minded, technically adept operator who can move between strategy and hands-on delivery, building scalable processes and governance to support ongoing ecosystem growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex integrations on large-scale projects.
• Technical fluency in API integrations and implementation management.
• Strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of ecosystem partner integrations from discovery to launch.
• Act as primary integration lead for strategic ecosystem partners.
• Lead integration scoping, solution planning, milestones, dependencies and readiness.
• Translate partner needs into clear implementation plans that align partner value and delivery feasibility.
• Work with Growth, SEEK Pass squads and other stakeholders to align priorities and maintain progress.
• Drive testing, issue management, launch readiness and release coordination.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, escalation paths and blockers.
• Establish visibility of the integration pipeline, status, risks and performance through reporting rhythms.
• Monitor post-launch adoption and performance, collaborating with partners to improve outcomes.
• Build scalable integration frameworks, templates, governance processes and delivery rhythms.
