Job summary

SEEK Pass is seeking a seasoned implementation and partner integration specialist to shape our onboarding and integration motion. You will collaborate with external partners and internal teams across product, engineering, and commercial to design scalable onboarding processes.

This role focuses on scoping, designing, and delivering integration initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements, and building repeatable playbooks to scale SEEK Pass as we expand across partners.

About the role

This is a newly created role within SEEK Pass and an opportunity to help define how we bring partners live at scale. Sitting between external partners, commercial teams, product and engineering, you will shape the operating model for partner integrations and onboarding, and drive end‑to‑end delivery of implementation initiatives.

This is not a hands‑on engineering role, but it does require strong technical judgement and fluency. You should be comfortable working with engineers and technical stakeholders on APIs, workflows, system dependencies, implementation requirements and delivery trade‑offs, while also being confident engaging external partners and internal stakeholders.

This role is distinct from ongoing partner success or account management. The focus here is on scoping, designing and delivering the onboarding and integration motion, building repeatable ways of working, and helping SEEK Pass solve new partner implementation challenges as the function evolves.

This role would suit someone from an implementation, solutions consulting, partner integration, technical business analysis or onboarding delivery background who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and building new processes from the ground up.

What you’ll do

• Lead partner integration and implementation initiatives from scoping through go‑live
• Work closely with external partners to understand their technical setup, operational requirements and implementation constraints
• Partner with product, engineering, operations and commercial stakeholders to design practical onboarding and integration solutions
• Help define the operating model, decision paths and ways of working for a newly created partner integration function
• Translate business and partner needs into clear requirements, workflows, implementation plans and delivery trade‑offs
• Support integration planning across APIs, system dependencies, data flows, verification steps and operational processes
• Identify risks, gaps and friction points early, and drive resolution across teams
• Build repeatable playbooks, documentation and implementation approaches that make partner onboarding more scalable and consistent
• Act as an internal thought partner on what it will take to onboard new partners successfully as SEEK Pass expands

What success looks like

In your first 6 to 12 months, you will:

• Build a strong understanding of the current partner onboarding and integration landscape
• Help define which parts of the onboarding motion should be standardised and which require bespoke design
• Improve how SEEK Pass scopes, prioritises and delivers partner implementation work
• Help partners go live with greater speed, clarity and confidence
• Strengthen collaboration between commercial, product, operations and engineering teams on integration delivery
• Identify and implement process and systems improvements that make partner onboarding more scalable
• Become a trusted internal thought partner on what it takes to onboard new partners successfully

What you’ll bring

• Experience in partner integrations, implementation, solutions delivery, technical business analysis, onboarding delivery or integration/project delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across external partners and internal cross‑functional teams
• Experience owning work end to end in environments where the path is not always clearly defined
• Ability to turn business needs into structured requirements, workflows, implementation plans and delivery decisions
• Technical fluency and confidence working with APIs, system workflows, integration requirements and technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, align and simplify complexity for different audiences
• A builder mindset, with experience creating scalable, repeatable ways of working rather than only operating within established processes
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving environment with changing priorities and new problem sets

Highly regarded

• Experience in platform, SaaS, marketplace, fintech or other partner ecosystem businesses
• Experience with API‑driven integrations, data mapping, testing, UAT or technical onboarding
• Experience working with external clients, merchants, vendors or strategic partners
• Experience improving onboarding, activation or go‑live outcomes at scale
