Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an IT End User Support Lead in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the Malaysia office's IT end-user support and maintain infrastructure assets. The role collaborates with regional IT teams on implementations and leads a team of IT support personnel.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in IT end-user support and IT infrastructure, 2–3 years of leadership in a service desk, strong vendor/stakeholder management, hands-on technical skills, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years leadership in a service desk or IT support team.
• Ability to manage vendors and stakeholders effectively.
• Confidence executing hands-on technical work.
• Strong English communication skills.
