Private Advertiser is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and execute HR and administrative strategies that drive organisational performance and governance in a dynamic property development context.

The role reports to senior management and balances strategic foresight with hands-on operational delivery to support the Group's growth and governance framework.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within property development or related industries.
• Strong strategic acumen with hands-on operational management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Drive end-to-end HR strategies encompassing talent management, organisational development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Oversee HR operations, administrative functions, and compliance to support business goals, including the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Manage and resolve disciplinary matters professionally, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and employment regulations.
• Lead HR-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational priorities.

• Lead and mentor the team to deliver HR excellence and operational efficiency.
