Job summary

Maybank in Malaysia seeks a Digital Transformation Lead for procurement to drive AI-enabled matching, analytics and automation initiatives. You will lead end-to-end system implementations, map processes, and identify touchless automation opportunities while managing change and stakeholder adoption.

Collaborate with IT and vendor partners, pilot GenAI and RPA solutions, ensure governance, and track ROI with leadership through KPIs.

Qualifications

Experience in digital transformation and procurement projects.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, BPM, or related; PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Agile preferred.
Expertise in AI/RPA tools, S2P platforms, and change management frameworks.
Strong project leadership, technical acumen, and an innovation mindset.

Responsibilities

Drive procurement digital roadmap including AI for matching and analytics.
Lead end-to-end project management for system implementations and integrations.
Conduct process mapping and identify automation opportunities.
Manage change management, training, and benefits realization.
Collaborate with IT/vendor partners on technical solutions and proofs-of-concept.
Monitor emerging technologies and pilot innovations.
Ensure governance and compliance during transformations.
Report transformation KPIs and ROI to leadership.
