Job summary

You will work with business units, technology teams, risk and vendors to drive digital banking projects from requirements to adoption.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technology/digital transformation in financial services, with experience in corporate banking workflows and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in technology/digital transformation or tech delivery in financial services.
• Experience in Technology Transformation, Program & Transformation Management or IT Advisory is a major advantage.
• Working understanding of corporate banking workflows (trade finance, cash management, credit processing, onboarding).
• Familiarity with digital workflows, API integrations, and Agile/Scrum; basic AI/ML in banking.

Responsibilities

• Assist business units in capturing, refining digital and AI functional requirements.
• Translate needs into technical specs, user stories, and task breakdowns.
• Liaise between business stakeholders, regional tech, risk, compliance, and vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints aligning tools with regulatory and risk guidelines.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, governance docs; conduct desk research on digital trends.
