Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

• Define and Lead Digital Commerce Strategy Develop and lead the overall website & digital commerce strategy and roadmap to grow digital sales and improve the online experience. This is achieved by setting clear business priorities and desired measurable outcome.
• Drive Data-Led Performance and Optimization Use data analytics, customer insights and SEO/AIO reports to continuously improve product discovery, purchase journey and sales performance.
• Own the End-to-End Digital Shopping Journey Own the design and optimization of the web discovery and digital purchase journeys to improve conversion and reduce customer friction.
• Build and Enhance Digital Commerce Platform Capabilities Lead the development and evolution of the digital commerce technology ecosystem to support scalable and flexible online sales.
• Ensure Effective Online Store Operations Continuously improve the operational efficiency of the online storefront to ensure accurate product configuration, smooth workflows and timely processes, and reliable transaction handling.
