One Belian Seed PLT is seeking a Head of Civil & Structural (C&S) cum Infrastructure to lead strategic technical direction across projects and drive design optimisation. The role requires strong leadership, extensive C&S and infrastructure experience, and the ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary teams.

Candidates should have a Master’s level infrastructure background, excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, and be willing to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in C&S, infrastructure and earthwork.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record in engineering design, site implementation and R&D.
• Professional Engineer (PE) qualification preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic technical leadership for C&S and infrastructure across projects.
• Lead planning, review and delivery of C&S and earthwork solutions with quality, feasibility and compliance.
• Drive R&D initiatives to enhance project value, efficiency and constructability.
• Provide senior technical advice on feasibility, cost optimisation and risks.
• Lead consultants, contractors and internal teams on C&S matters.
• Resolve complex issues and deliver engineering solutions through project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress to meet quality, cost and timeline targets.
• Mentor the engineering team to strengthen capability and standards.
