Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a seasoned civil/structural engineering leader to direct strategic technical planning for civil, structural, earthworks and site infrastructure developments. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

You will drive innovative design optimization, provide executive-level advisory on feasibility, risk management, and cost controls, and mentor internal engineering talent to strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering; master-level infrastructure knowledge advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering experience with exposure to site implementation and structural designs.
• Registered Professional Engineer status preferred.
• Multilingual communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic technical planning for civil, structural, earthworks, and site infrastructure developments.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, external engineering consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Introduce innovative research, design optimization, and constructability enhancements to maximize project efficiency.
• Provide executive-level advisory on technical feasibility, engineering risk management, and design cost controls.
• Drive technical standards across the organization while mentoring internal engineering talent.
