LVI Associates in Malaysia is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the energy, offshore, marine, industrial and renewable sectors. Reporting to Regional Leadership, you will open doors, develop new accounts and grow strategic customer relationships.

You will lead business development initiatives, build a strong pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and support tender submissions.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Technical qualifications would be advantageous.
• Approximately 7-12 years of business development, commercial or technical sales experience.
• Strong existing network within the Malaysian energy and industrial markets.
• Proven experience selling technical services or solutions into Offshore Oil & Gas, Marine, FPSO, Drilling, Asset Integrity, EPC or Renewables.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business rather than merely manage existing accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development and growth strategies for Malaysia.
• Identify and secure new opportunities across the company's technical service portfolio.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and client engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity development through to contract award.
• Develop strategic account plans for key customers.
• Deliver against revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead commercial discussions with customers.
• Coordinate proposal development with technical and operational teams.
• Support tender submissions, pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
• Develop winning strategies for major projects and framework agreements.
• Monitor Malaysian market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects.
• Represent the business at relevant industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
