Job summary

Wheelcorp Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an experienced Aftersales Leader to oversee Service, Parts and Customer Relations across Kepong and Old Klang Road branches. You will drive revenue, profitability and service quality, leading multiple teams and ensuring peak workshop productivity and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and a track record in multi-outlet operations within the automotive sector; Toyota brand experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive aftersales experience, including at least 1 year in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in multi-outlet management with P&L accountability.
• Strong knowledge of service operations, parts management and workshop productivity.
• Toyota or other established automotive brand experience is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, financial acumen, analytical and communication skills.

Ensure compliance with Toyota Malaysia's operational standards and service quality requirements

Monitor financial performance, operational KPIs and business forecasts

About you

Minimum 3 – 5 years of automotive aftersales experience, including at least 1 year in a senior leadership role
