Job summary

Malakoff Corporation is seeking a seasoned Head of Enterprise & Digital Solutions to lead ERP, enterprise applications and digital initiatives in Malaysia. You will shape governance, drive strategic programmes and ensure secure, reliable operations across platforms, systems and data.

You'll oversee SAP and other ERP ecosystems, manage cross-functional teams, deliver transformation projects on time and budget, and partner with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS/Engineering/Business Systems.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP and corporate applications.
• Extensive ERP implementation, migration and operations; SAP experience and processes integration.
• Proven ability to lead application teams and deliver digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of governance, systems integration, cybersecurity and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certifications in ERP, SAP, PMP/PRINCE2, Agile or enterprise architecture are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise applications and digital solutions strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage application service performance, disaster recovery readiness and resilience.
• Oversee vendors, contracts, software licensing and budgets to optimise costs and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems or a related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in enterprise applications, ERP, corporate applications.
• Extensive experience in ERP implementation, migration and operations; SAP experience and business processes & integration.
• Proven ability to lead application teams, manage strategic projects and deliver digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application governance, systems integration, cybersecurity and technology risk management.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional certifications in ERP, SAP, project management (PMP/PRINCE2), Agile delivery and/or enterprise architecture are an added advantage.
