Malakoff Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Manager, Digital Strategy and Governance in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead the AI and digital transformation strategy, aligning initiatives with business priorities and driving data governance, architecture, and standards across the organisation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, IS, Data Science, Eng, Business Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, data management or related fields.
• Proven experience in digitalization strategies and implementation, automation and AI adoption.
• Strong understanding of AI, data governance, enterprise architecture, business process integration and digital investment planning.
• Experience in stakeholder management, change management and benefits realisation.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications in TOGAF, PMP/PRINCE2, data management, AI, ISMS governance or ITIL are an added advantage.
• Experience in energy/utilities or power generation would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the organisation’s AI & Digital Transformation Strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Drive AI adoption, data strategy and digital innovation to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Establish data governance, solution architecture and technology standards to ensure secure, scalable and integrated digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business process digitalisation, automation and integration across corporate functions and power plant operations.
• Evaluate digital initiatives and develop business cases to support investment decisions, cost optimisation and value realisation.
• Assess emerging technologies, including AI, data analytics, automation and Industrial IoT, to identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Monitor digital transformation performance through KPIs, adoption measures and benefits tracking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align digital priorities, develop investment proposals and drive successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, data management, business process integration or related fields.
• Proven experience in digitalization strategies and implementation, business process automation and AI adoption.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), data governance, enterprise architecture, business process integration and digital investment planning.
• Experience in stakeholder management, change management and benefits realisation.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture (TOGAF), project management (PMP/PRINCE2), data management, AI, ISMS governance or IT service management (ITIL) would be an added advantage.
• Experience in the energy, utilities or power generation industry would be an added advantage.
