Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Technical Lead to drive design, development, delivery and support of critical applications. You will provide technical leadership to the development team, guide architecture decisions and ensure security and production stability.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, 8+ years in app development with at least 2 years in leadership, and strong skills in .Net, Java, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum CGPA 3.2
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• 8+ years of application development experience with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or team leadership role
• Strong experience in .Net, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs and enterprise application development
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, system integration and software architecture
• Experience managing production support, incident management and security remediation activities
• Strong stakeholder communication, leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience with Agile delivery and release management

Responsibilities

• Drive solution design, architecture reviews, development standards and best practices
