Haven Spa in Sabah, Malaysia, is seeking a friendly Receptionist cum Admin to warmly greet guests and manage bookings. You will handle inquiries, process payments, and maintain a tidy reception area while supporting daily records.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to reports, inventory, and staff coordination, with room to grow within the brand. Weekend and public holiday work is required to succeed in a busy spa environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Canvas, Capcut)
• Experience in spa, beauty, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
