• Plan and arrange daily haulage operations efficiently.
• Coordinate with drivers, ports, depots, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Liaise with the Shipping team for timely cargo collection and delivery.
• Monitor truck maintenance, fuel usage, and petty cash.
• Manage driver attendance, leave, and discipline matters.
• Ensure operations meet productivity and profitability targets.
