AWH Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily haulage operations, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain alignment with company policies.

You will coordinate routing, dispatch, and driver performance, manage documentation, and work closely with customers to ensure high satisfaction while adhering to safety and ISO procedures. This role is on-site at Pasir Gudang, Johor. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in haulage and a Diploma or Degree in Logistics.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in haulage or trucking operations.
• Strong understanding of haulage processes, routes, regulations, and logistics documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily haulage and trucking operations, including route planning and dispatch schedules.
• Manage driver performance, discipline, and daily operational coordination.
• Optimize fleet utilization to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery services.
• Enforce compliance with safety protocols, legal regulations, and ISO SOPs.
• Resolve daily operational disruptions, transport delays, and documentation issues efficiently.
