Job summary

TMI Container Line Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a capable logistics operator to manage daily haulage operations and coordinate fleet movements. With at least two years in haulage, transport, or logistics, you will excel in Excel, communication, and multitasking; knowledge of PTP operations is a plus.

You will monitor deliveries, resolve delays, prepare daily reports, and liaise with customers, drivers and depots to keep KPI targets on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in haulage, transport, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of PTP operations is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily haulage operations efficiently.
• Monitor fleet movements and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, and rescheduling.
• Prepare daily operational reports and monitor KPIs.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, drivers, depots, and other relevant parties.
