• Report accidents during transportation and resolve quickly.
• Respond to inquiries from shippers/transporters and provide friendly service.
• Prepare customs clearance documents for customers to avoid delays and penalties.
• Submit the operation order report daily.
• Assist any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
