Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a frontline logistics officer to monitor and control daily driver movements, plan and schedule routes, and ensure delivery timelines are met. You will liaise with customers on schedules, provide updates, and resolve delivery-related issues professionally.

Responsibilities include executing daily operational plans with supervisors, ensuring proper documentation and timely execution of orders, and handling basic customs declarations related to container haulage,

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent; diploma in logistics is an advantage.
• Experience in haulage, transportation or logistics operations preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
