Job summary

Pilot Logistics Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse admin/logistics support to manage export and import shipments, coordinate with drivers, and ensure accurate documentation. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, including remotely.

Candidates should be proficient in Excel/Word, physically fit for warehouse work, and able to coordinate with port personnel and forwarding agents to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/transport admin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle export and import shipments.
• Work closely with truckers/drivers to optimize cost.
• Work closely with port personnel (Northport and Westport) to resolve daily haulage issues.
• Coordinate with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with forwarding agents and other parties to ensure on-time customs clearance and delivery.
• Manage disputes and drive quality performance of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Plan for supply and demand to minimize logistics costs.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.

• Able to handle export and import shipments.
• Work closely with truckers/drivers to optimize cost.
• Able to work closely with port personal (Northport and Westport) to solve daily issues for haulage.
• Work closely with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.
• Work closely with internal and external parties (forwarding agent) to ensure on-time custom clearance and delivery.
• Manage dispute, continuous driving quality performance of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Planning for supply and demand the right assumption to minimize logistics cost.
• Handle ad-hoc task as required by Superior time to time.
