Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to manage daily haulage operations and coordinate with drivers, depots, and customers. You will monitor fleet movements, resolve delays, and prepare daily KPI reports with a focus on timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in haulage/logistics, basic PTP knowledge, and strong Excel skills, along with good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in haulage, transport, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of PTP operations is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily haulage operations effectively.
• Monitor fleet movements and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, and rescheduling.
• Prepare daily operational reports and monitor KPIs.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, drivers, depots, and other relevant parties.
