Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience as a promoter or in sales, preferably in the Hardware industry.
- Basic knowledge of hardware products such as household equipment, spare parts, and building materials.
- Good communication skills and friendly with customers.
- Highly motivated, able to work individually and in teams.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and help select products according to their needs
- Collect and report customer feedback to the Department Head and Purchasing Team
- Provide advice and product recommendations to meet customer requirements
- Monitor stock on shelves and notify when replenishment is needed
- Participate in product training to enhance knowledge and sales
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Achieve monthly and annual company sales targets
