Dexin Hardware Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Purchasing Executive to drive procurement, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure timely material acquisition for our hardware and building materials business.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in supply chain or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with inventory management software.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
• Verify stock levels upon receiving purchase requisitions.
• Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on order status.
• Ensure procured products meet QA/QC standards.
• Issue Goods Received Notes (GRN) upon receipt of materials.
• Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.
• Assist in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating their performance.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and procurement process improvements.
• Manage ad hoc tasks as assigned.
