The Lakehouse Cameron Highlands in Penang is seeking an efficient food and beverage service staff to provide courteous services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, presenting bills, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt service.

You should have prior experience in a similar role, possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety procedures is essential.

Description du poste

• Providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers by presenting the menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately.
• To attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally such as presenting bills to customers, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to customers.
• Other responsibilities include performing general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables and up-keeping of the overall Hard Rock Café.

• Prior experience in a similar position.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
