Hard Rock Hotel Penang is seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage attendant to provide courteous service to guests. You will present menus, take orders, and suggest items while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires cleanliness, efficiency in handling payments, and staying organized in a fast-paced resort environment. Weekend shifts and public holidays may be required; hospitality excellence is essential for this team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar position.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers by presenting the menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately.
• To attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally such as presenting bills to customers, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to customers.
• Other responsibilities include performing general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables and up-keeping of the overall Hard Rock Café.
