Job summary

S P Setia Berhad at Setia City Convention Centre in Shah Alam seeks a hands-on maintenance technician to perform routine upkeep, repairs, and assist with event setup and breakdown. You will help ensure smooth operations during events and respond to maintenance requests.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in building maintenance, basic plumbing/carpentry/electrical skills, and strong problem-solving and customer service abilities. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or general repairs.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and general maintenance works.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual maintenance work.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and evenings according to event schedules.

Responsibilities
