Job summary

Kawan Renergy is seeking a Project Engineer to manage engineering projects from planning through site handover. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and within budget.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least one year of project engineering experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from planning and engineering through site execution, commissioning and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare, monitor and update project plans, schedules, cost estimates and timelines.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions for delays, risks or issues.
• Coordinate completion including documentation, testing, commissioning, handover and acceptance.
